A blend of 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta beans. The beans come from Brazil and India and give the coffee its exotic character and spicy taste.
The beans are roasted in the small Sardinian roastery Cossu in Iglesias in the south of Sardinia, run by the granddaughters of the roastery's founder.
