The cheese is aged for a minimum of 30 days and should be stored between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius. Enjoy it best with fresh bread or the traditional Pane Carasau.

Our cheese is delivered whole, and for pieces under 500g, it comes as a half-loaf, meticulously vacuum-sealed. The weight corresponds to the shipping weight.
