Our honey is produced in the hills of Gallura on natural pastures where virtually no intensive agriculture, pollution from industries, highly trafficked roads, or even minimal human settlements exist. Wild lavender, asphodel, heather, thistles, and wild clover significantly contribute to the production of this honey.

This honey comes from the hills of Gallura, where there is practically no intensive agriculture, no industry, no busy roads and few human settlements. The main contribution to this honey comes from wild lavender, asphodel, heather, wild clover, rockrose and a variety of wild thistles. The flavour can change somewhat from year to year, although it retains its characteristic aroma. The honey is golden yellow to amber, the smell is delkat and slightly fruity. The taste is sweet, the aroma fine and flowery.
