A fascinating Riserva unfolds in the glass: deep ruby red, intensely spicy with hints of leather and delicate vanilla. This Sardinian red wine delights with ripe blackberry, velvety tannins and a fresh, long-lasting finish.
Made from carefully selected Cannonau grapes from the Jerzu hills, it was aged for 24 months in 500-liter barrels. The nose reveals blueberry and violet notes, while the palate is warm, full-bodied, and well-balanced.
Perfect with pasta, risotto, cured meats, and braised dishes.
