I Giganti, Isola dei Nuraghi bianco I.G.T.
Wine Production and Characteristics: Crafted from 70% Vernaccia and 30% Vermentino grapes grown across diverse vineyards, this wine is harvested from early to mid-September and undergoes fermentation and aging in barrels. The wine boasts a deep golden hue and an intense bouquet with spice notes and Mediterranean aromas. It presents a well-structured, full-bodied, and refreshing taste. With aging potential of 5-7 years, it's best served at 10-12°C and pairs wonderfully with hearty, flavorful Sardinian cuisine.

Color: Straw with elegant golden highlights.
Nose: Rich aroma with hints of white spices, chamomile, and Mediterranean shrubland.

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C. Contains sulfites.
Interesting Facts: The Giganti of Mont'e Prama are ancient sandstone sculptures from the Nuragic civilization in Sardinia. Initially discovered by farmers, forgotten, and later restored, these sculptures are scattered across various sites. The Bianco IGT Isola dei Nuraghi wine takes its name from the enigmatic conical towers found throughout Sardinia. These towers, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, carry diverse historical interpretations.
