Classification: Sardegna Mandrolisai DOC – SUPERIORE
Origin: The grapes are sourced from Terre del Mandrolisai, a medium to high hillside area.
Soil: The soil has a unique constitution, based on granitic weathering.
Grape Varieties: This wine is primarily made from Cannonau, Muristeddu (Bovale Sardo), and Monica grapes.
Harvest: The harvest traditionally takes place in the first decade of October.
Vinification: After harvest, there is submerged cap maceration. Subsequently, the wine ages for 24 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
Characteristics: The wine exhibits a ruby red color with hints of garnet. Its aroma is intense and fruity. On the palate, it is dry, spicy, warm, full-bodied, and pleasantly tannic, with a well-balanced and structured profile.
Service: The recommended serving temperature is between 18 and 20°C.
