Aragosta Rosè

The Alghero Rosato DOC is a lively and radiant rosé wine crafted through gentle pressing of red grapes with D.O.C. certification from Alghero.
Its color is bright and sparkling, while its aroma is fresh, clear, of appropriate intensity, and with good finesse, featuring delicate hints of roses and wild berries.
In taste, it is dry, spicy, lively yet harmonious, impressing with pleasant fruity notes and a subtly characteristic undertone.
The Alghero Rosato DOC is best enjoyed when young. It pairs excellently with appetizers and fish, as well as fresh soups, poultry, and mild cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is between 8°C and 10°C. The alcohol content ranges from 12% to 13.5% by volume.
