Fresh and well-balanced Cannonau. Aged for one month in concrete tanks and further time in the bottle. Perfect for appetizers with cold cuts, pasta with light sauces, seafood broths and soups, as well as lean blue fish prepared by grilling or baking. Serve it at 10-12 degrees Celsius and open the bottle at the time of pouring.

Nose: Delicate and long-lasting with fruity apple and cherry notes.
