he winery's story is deeply rooted in tradition, experience, and the preservation of our land as a collective treasure. Back in the 1970s, Giuseppe Sedilesu acquired the first hectare of vineyard in Mamoiada, a village nestled in the Barbagia region at the heart of Sardinia, situated at around 650 meters above sea level.

Today, the operation is led by Salvatore Sedilesu and his family, who passionately and persistently strive to advance the winemaking enterprise. The Cantina Giuseppe Sedilesu actively participates in the Mamojà association, a group dedicated to appreciating, promoting, and safeguarding the land through wine. Proud members of the Strada del Vino Cannonau and the pioneering Sardinian wine tourism network, they are committed to preserving their heritage while embracing innovation.
