Santadi Winery

In 1974, the family head Filippo Deriu, also known as Tiu Filippu, took the initiative to establish the Deriu Winery. Starting from 2006, alongside producing cask wine for local demand, the winery embarked on on-site bottling and positioning its brand in international markets. This evolution garnered increasing consumer approval.

To this day, exclusive management of the winery remains in the hands of the family. Every day, the entire family dedicates themselves with devotion and passion to the founder's legacy. 'We personally oversee every step, from tending to the vineyards to crafting the wine, blending our cherished traditions with modern production methods,' shared Gavino Deriu during our visit to his Cantina.
