Vermentino

Vermentino is a unique grape variety grown along the coasts of Liguria, Tuscany, and especially Sardinia. This grape is renowned for its affinity with the sea, producing one of the most sought-after white wines with elegant and refined aromas. Vermentino is characterized by its bright straw-yellow to golden color and a mineral taste typical of coastal wines. Its intense bouquet includes floral aromas, broom, ripe fruit, and subtle citrus notes. Perfectly paired with seafood dishes and regional specialties like Pane Frattau, Pane a Fittas, or Fregola with Bottarga.
