Elibaria Vermentino di Gallura DOCG

The Vermentino di Gallura DOCG “Elibaria” is a premium white wine from the northern region of Gallura in Sardinia. Grown on granite soils at altitudes up to 300 meters, this Vermentino expresses exceptional freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose reveals intense citrus aromas, Mediterranean scrub, and subtle hints of rosemary and mint, evoking the coastal character of the region.

On the palate, Elibaria is fresh, structured, and mineral-driven, with pronounced salinity and excellent persistence. Its lively acidity and elegant body create a refined and long-lasting finish.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by short aging in steel and bottle to preserve freshness while enhancing complexity.
