The Contini 1898 Winery is the oldest winery in Sardinia, founded in 1898 by Salvatore Contini. It represents over a century of winemaking tradition and stands as a landmark of Sardinian wine culture.

As the first winery on the island, Contini 1898 combines heritage with innovation. At the heart of the estate lies the historic barrel cellar, where Vernaccia wines have been aging for decades, developing their unique complexity and depth in complete darkness.

Today, the winery produces a full range of wines and is present in both Italian and international markets. In 2022, the new winery was inaugurated – a modern, design-driven space that blends wine, architecture, and experience.
