Its intense bouquet unfolds with ripe cherries, wild blackberries, and a hint of plums. On the palate, it offers warmth, full-bodied richness, and a long-lasting finish. Its deep ruby to garnet hue reflects its maturity and depth.

With careful aging, this Cannonau achieves a perfect balance of fruit, spice, and smooth tannins. Best enjoyed at 16–18°C, it pairs beautifully with roast meats, game dishes, or aged cheeses.
