Corrias, Riola Sardo

We source our spice oils from Oleificio Giovanni Matteo Corrias, where olives are ground together with the respective spices, resulting in highly intense flavors. Due to their richness, only small quantities of these oils are needed. The Semidana olives primarily come from the area around Oristano and are abundant in antiatherogenic, antioxidant polyphenols, and nutrients.
