This robust Riserva wine captivates with its deep, dark color and intense aromatics. On the nose, notes of wild berries, Mediterranean herbs, and tobacco unfold. On the palate, it presents itself full-bodied, velvety, and soft, with balanced, round tannins and a long, elegant finish. This red wine pairs exceptionally well with hearty and savory dishes, such as dark meats from beef or game, as well as stews with Mediterranean herbs. It also complements a strong cheese, like a well-aged Pecorino. Enjoy this wine at a serving temperature of 16-18°C and consider aging it for up to 10 years to fully unlock its potential.
