Explore the traditional Sardinian shepherds' knives, also known as "Resolza". Handmade in Santu Lussurgiu for centuries, these knives were originally designed for shepherds to process meat and hides. Each knife is a unique piece with a sharp blade made from different materials such as Damascus steel and a handle made of sheep, mouflon, buffalo, or cattle horn. The knives are handmade by the small forge Fratelli Mura using traditional techniques. Contact us if you have any special requests.
