Is Argiolas, Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
This wine, a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, stands out for its unique characteristics. The aroma is intense and delicate at the same time, with a persistent primary aroma and an excellent bouquet. In taste, it is lively, fresh, hearty, and finely balanced. This wine is cultivated on limestone-rich soil and matures in small French oak barrels, refining its character.
The meticulous winemaking process begins with gentle grape handling and a very soft pressing, using only the free-run juice. The temperature is cooled to 10-12°C, and the wine naturally clarifies. Controlled fermentation takes place at 16-17°C over a period of 25-30 days.
This wine pairs exceptionally well with a variety of dishes, from fish appetizers to potato culurgiones with mint, seafood risotto, artichoke risotto, seafood linguine, braised or grilled fish, poultry, and medium-aged cheeses. It is the perfect complement to your meals. Discover the versatility and unique taste of this wine and let its elegance enchant you.
