Color: Straw yellow with subtle greenish reflections.
Aroma: Vinous, balanced, yet well expressed with a fresh fragrance reminiscent of ripe apple.
Taste: Dry without roughness, fresh and slightly lively, very harmonious, with a measured, appropriately persistent almond finish.
Pairs well with seafood dishes, especially crustaceans.
