This wine is made from a selection of the finest Vermentino grapes from the best vineyards in the Surrau Valley. It impresses with its significant structure and intense aromas. After a brief contact of the grape skins with the must, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C, where it is refined for several months in contact with its own fine lees. This meticulous process gives the wine its unique quality and depth.
