Our wine is made from the grape varieties Cannonau, Carignano, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. The maceration process lasts approximately 3 weeks to allow for a balanced release of noble substances and color. Afterward, the wine is aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels and stored in bottles for several months after bottling. Please note that the wine contains sulfites.
