The Cannonau di Sardegna DOC from the vineyards of Loc. Signoranna in Codrongianos, Sardegna, Italy, is carefully hand-selected and harvested in early October. The result is a single-variety Cannonau wine of the highest character. After the harvest, it undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks, followed by a six-month maturation in these tanks and another six months of bottle aging. This process imparts the wine with its characteristic elegance and impressive depth of flavor. The Cannonau di Sardegna DOC captivates with its deep ruby color with garnet reflections and entices with an elegant bouquet of forest fruits. With an alcohol content of 14% vol., this wine pairs excellently with meat dishes, aged cheese, and traditional rustic appetizers. The ideal serving temperature is 18°C.
