This Nero d'Avola is a pure red wine from the province of Trapani. The soil is medium-heavy and tends towards clayey and salty terrain. The vines are located at an altitude of 160 meters above sea level and enjoy a Mediterranean climate with mild winters, limited rainfall, and hot, ventilated summers. The grapes are harvested from the first decade of September and vinified in a traditional manner at controlled temperatures before maturing for 4 months in tanks. The wine has an intense red color with violet reflections and an intense, moderately complex bouquet with aromas of cherries, red fruits, and violets. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly soft with a light tannin note. This wine pairs perfectly with a cheese and charcuterie board at a serving temperature of 12-16°C or with potato and legume soups at a temperature of 18-19°C.
