Our mild Sardinian sheep’s cheese features a light, compact texture with small holes and a gentle, well-balanced taste. Made from carefully selected sheep’s milk, it reflects the artisan cheesemaking tradition of Sardinia.
Aged for at least 30 days, it develops a creamy, refined flavor. Enjoy it with fresh bread or traditional Pane Carasau, as a starter or a light dessert paired with fresh fruit.
Delivered whole or halved (for portions under 500 g) and vacuum-sealed for optimal freshness and quality.
