This jam from Bresca Dorada is made from lemon pulp, zest, and sugar, using Sardinian fruits sourced from small farms in the sunny region of Sarrabus. No chemical products are used in its production. The jam boasts a high fruit content and contains no additives. It is authentic and represents the fruits of the island. Each jar contains 230 grams of jam. For every 100 grams of jam, 120 grams of fruit are used, with a total sugar content of 60 grams per 100 grams of jam.
