Made from 100% Italian durum wheat, this pasta delivers excellent texture and absorbs sauces beautifully thanks to its ridged surface.
Traditionally enjoyed as Malloreddus alla Campidanese, served with tomato sauce, sausage, saffron, garlic, and basil.
