Su'Aro – Marmilla Bianco IGT

Su'Aro Marmilla Bianco IGT is an elegant Sardinian white wine made from local white grape varieties grown in the Marmilla region. Night harvesting and gentle vinification preserve the grapes' delicate aromas and natural freshness.

It displays a bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of honey, yellow flowers, and white fruit, complemented by refined mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, and mineral-driven, with a pleasant salinity and a long, elegant finish.

Its remarkable versatility makes it an excellent choice from aperitifs to pasta, seafood, and fish dishes. It also pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine, including sushi and Pad Thai.
