Terresicci - An Exquisite Red Wine
Terresicci is an intense ruby wine with violet reflections, which matures into garnet with age. Its rich and complex bouquet reveals flavors of currants and cherries, accompanied by delicate hints of cinnamon. On the palate, it presents itself as round and sun-soaked, with velvety tannins and a generous structure. The harmonious finish completes the tasting experience. Terresicci is crafted exclusively from 100% Barbera Sarda grapes, cultivated in an area with limestone and clay-rich soils, coupled with a sub-arid climate. This wine undergoes a minimum of 12 months of aging in barriques and glazed cement tanks. It pairs wonderfully with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 18-20°C.
