A delicious red wine from the Marmilla region with unique characteristics. Made from the rare Bovale grape and crafted with great skill, it impresses with intense aromas of red fruits and spicy notes. Enjoy the enveloping taste experience and smooth tannins. Color: Ruby red with violet reflections, vibrant and consistent.
Nose: Excellent intensity of aroma, rich bouquet of red fruits soaked in alcohol with a spicy note.
Taste: Full-bodied, warm, soft, with a pleasing acidity, combining flavor and bouquet.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in first and second passage barriques and tonneaux, with at least 2 months of bottle aging.
Serving suggestion: Goes well with red meat or matured cheese, or simply enjoyed on its own.
