Timbenia embodies the magic of Sardinia's most representative grape variety, carrying the soul and taste of this unique island. The name Timbenia is derived from Sant'Imbenia, an ancient Nuragic village in the Porto Conte Park, near the vineyards of the Cantina. Here, as early as 1000 BC, wine was traded by the local population. This is a testament to the long history of wine in Alghero and, consequently, in Sardinia.
