Dolce or Amabile wine made with 100% Malvasia di Sardegna grapes. It has a pale straw color with golden reflections, and an intense aroma with fruity and floral notes. The taste is delicately sweet and fresh, with a warm and full-bodied sensation, making it elegant and harmonious. It can be paired with dry pastries and lightly spicy cheeses. The wine can mature for 10-15 years or more, assuming amber hues and almond aromas. It has an alcohol content of 15%, and the grapes are harvested by hand in the second or third week of October. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers and bottled from April onwards.
