Fresh and well-balanced Cannonau. Aged for one month in concrete tanks and further time in the bottle. Perfect for appetizers with cold cuts, pasta with light sauces, seafood broths and soups, as well as lean blue fish prepared by grilling or baking. Serve it at 10-12 degrees Celsius and open the bottle at the time of pouring.
Color: Pink with violet hues.
Nose: Delicate and long-lasting with fruity apple and cherry notes.
Taste: Dry and refreshing, slightly sparkling with a long aromatic finish.
Suggested pairing: Goes well with appetizers - cold cuts, pasta and rice dishes with milder sauces, fish soups, or sardines.
