Noble Cannonau grapes thrive in the Isalle Vineyard, giving life to this outstanding wine. Aged for 12 months in Barriques and then refined for an additional 6 months in the bottle, this wine perfectly complements grilled and braised meats, slow-cooked wild boar, and aged cheeses. Serve it at 16-18 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle 30 minutes before pouring.
