The S'Elegas Nuragus di Cagliari DOC from Argiolas presents itself with a straw-yellow color in the glass and entices with fruity, spicy aromas in the bouquet. On the palate, this flavorful white wine reveals intense aromatics, full-bodied and dry, accompanied by a subtle acidity and a delicate bitter note on the finish, typical of Nuragus.
This Sardinian white wine is crafted exclusively from the indigenous Nuragus grape. After harvest, there is a gentle pressing in pneumatic presses, followed by natural decanting at 14°C and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks for approximately 18 days.
