The meticulous production of this wine starts with a 15-20 day fermentation and maceration in conical wooden and steel tanks. It is then aged for 3 months in second-use barriques and an additional 3 months in cement tanks. The wine has a brilliant ruby-red color with violet nuances. Its bouquet offers intense aromas of ripe fruits, fine jam, delicate coffee, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with well-balanced, soft tannins. The long-lasting, fruity finish makes it an excellent companion for game dishes and mature cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Contains sulfites.
