Our light, compact sheep's cheese is delicately holey and crafted with special care from selected milk. It delights with a subtle taste.
The cheese is aged for a minimum of 30 days and should be stored between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius. Enjoy it best with fresh bread or the traditional Pane Carasau.
It makes an excellent appetizer or a delightful conclusion to a meal, especially when paired with fresh fruit.
Our cheese is delivered whole, and for pieces under 500g, it comes as a half-loaf, meticulously vacuum-sealed. The weight corresponds to the shipping weight.
