Sospiri Tradizionali are classic Sardinian almond sweets crafted according to an ancient recipe by Rau in Berchidda, Sardinia. These delicate treats are made with almond paste and honey, then coated with a fine sugar glaze for a smooth, sweet finish.

Originally, Sospiri were reserved for special celebrations such as baptisms and were traditionally enjoyed with Mirto, the famous Sardinian liqueur. Today, they represent authentic Sardinian pastry craftsmanship, made with care and natural ingredients.

Ingredients:
Almond paste 72% (sugar, almonds (15%), apricot kernels (8%), glucose syrup, bitter almonds (1.5%), flavorings), sugar glaze 28% (sugar, glucose syrup, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings).
May contain traces of wheat.
