Our Lavender Honey comes from the hills of Gallura and is mainly defined by wild lavender. Unlike honey from cultivated lavender, it is characterized by its high fructose content, which leads to a long-lasting liquid consistency. The honey has a mild taste and a bright color. Its gentleness makes it particularly suitable for sensitive palates and children.
