The Passata di Pomodoro Casar is a premium-quality tomato puree with a bright red color and a pleasant, natural aroma – completely free from caramel or burnt flavors. Made from carefully selected ripe Italian tomatoes, it preserves the pure, fresh taste of the fruit.

This smooth tomato cream is free from skins, seeds, and coarse vegetable residues. It is produced by gently evaporating part of the tomato’s natural water content under vacuum, resulting in a rich, velvety texture with a minimum dry matter of 7%.

Its vivid red color and sweet, fresh tomato flavor make it perfect for traditional Italian recipes such as pasta sauces, soups, pizzas, and meat dishes.
