Vigna di Isalle Cannonau di Sardegna DOC is one of the flagship wines of Cantina Dorgali, expressing the authentic terroir, history, and winemaking tradition of Sardinia.
It displays an intense ruby red color with subtle violet reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, fruit preserves, coffee, and delicate mineral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, smooth, with velvety tannins and a long, fruity finish.
An excellent pairing for game, roasted meats, and mature flavorful cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
