Aging: 4-6 months in the cellar.
Characteristics: Vibrant pink, very clear.
Aroma: Vinous with delicate fruity persistence.
Taste: Dry, savory, harmonious, pleasing.
Storage: Constant temperature of 14°C, humidity 75%, controlled light, bottle stored horizontally.
Serving: Medium-sized glass without a pour spout, temperature 10-12°C.
Pairing: Appetizers with cold cuts, vegetable soups, risotto, seafood soups, bluefish in sauce, grilled white meat.
Color: Bright pink, clear. Nose: Intense, floral, bright fruits.
Taste: Vinous, fruity finish.
