Redìt is a sought-after wine, crafted from carefully selected Cannonau grapes. Its character is deeply rooted in the terroir, with vineyards located in the Santa Maria La Palma area, just a few hundred meters from the sea. The soil is calcareous and well-draining, ideal for ensuring optimal conditions for producing wines of great depth and volume.
The wine undergoes fermentation and maceration in steel containers for approximately 15 days. It is then aged for 14 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, where it acquires aromatic complexity enriched with spicy notes. Bottle aging will enhance and further refine its sensory complexities over time.
