Cantina di Orgosolo
Craftsmanship, quality and hospitality in the heart of Sardinia
Located at the entrance of Orgosolo (coming from Nuoro), the Cantina di Orgosolo is a modern facility designed for efficient winemaking and warm hospitality. Built with contemporary materials and equipped with innovative technology, it is ideal for carefully processing grapes and welcoming guests for tastings.
The hand-picked grapes arrive in small crates, already selected once in the vineyard, and undergo a second manual sorting in the cellar. They are then gently destemmed and crushed, and placed in 50 hl fermentation tanks. With only a minimal dose of sulfites (5 g/100 kg), fermentation begins naturally using indigenous yeasts, highlighting the authenticity of the terroir.
