100 Kent’Annos Mandrolisai D.O.C. Rosso
The Mandrolisai DOC red wine is an authentic expression of Sardinian winemaking tradition, blending the native grape varieties Cannonau, Muristeddu (Bovale Sardo), and Monica into a harmonious cuvée. The grapes are grown in the hilly Mandrolisai region in the heart of Sardinia, known for producing characterful wines.
The granite-based soils give this wine its distinctive structure and depth. After the traditional harvest in early October, the wine undergoes maceration with cap submersion, followed by aging in oak barrels for 8 to 10 months.
In the glass, it displays an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is fruity and expressive, while the palate is dry, spicy, and full-bodied with a well-balanced structure and pleasant tannins.

Best enjoyed at 18–20 °C.
