SURRAU is made exclusively from indigenous Sardinian grapes. The maceration of the grape skins with the must takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately one week at a controlled temperature of around 25°C, with daily pump-overs and punch-downs. Subsequently, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and undergoes further maturation in the bottle for several months before being released to the market.
