Description
Templum is a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC red wine made from 100% Cannonau grapes. After 8-10 days of maceration, the wine ages in the cellar for 8-12 months. It has a red color with orange hues, a typical Cannonau bouquet with hints of undergrowth fruits, and a dry taste with good acidity and tannins. Pair it with red meats, game, and mature Pecorino Sardo cheese. Serve at 16°C after opening for at least 30 minutes.contains sulphites
