The Vermentino di Sardegna DOC “Tyrsos” is an elegant white wine from the fertile valley of the Tirso River, a region that offers ideal conditions for Vermentino grapes.
Made from 100% Vermentino, this wine stands out for its freshness, vibrancy, and aromatic complexity. In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense and inviting, featuring citrus notes, floral hints, and tropical fruit aromas.
On the palate, Tyrsos is fresh and pleasantly mineral, with a subtle salinity and well-balanced structure. Its lively acidity and fruity nuances create a refreshing and persistent finish.
Careful vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures preserves the natural aromas of the grapes. The wine is aged briefly in steel and is best enjoyed young to fully appreciate its freshness.
