The characteristics of this wine are defined by a clear straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is pleasantly fresh, showcasing subtle fruity notes. The taste is delicate, accompanied by a pleasant acidity.
The wine is crafted entirely from Nuragus grapes, reflecting the terroir of the region surrounding the winery. The soils consist of a mixture of moderately dense clay-limestone, originating from the Miocene era. The climate in this area is sub-arid.
The production process starts with a gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by static clarification of the must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°C for approximately 15 days, utilizing selected yeasts. The wine matures on the noble lees and is bottled in spring after the harvest.
Under optimal storage conditions, the wine can continue to mature for up to 3 years after bottling. Therefore, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
To fully enjoy the aromas, serve the wine at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Indulge in this wine with a variety of dishes, including shellfish, fine fish varieties, appetizers, and first courses. It pairs particularly well with lighter sauces that won't overshadow the subtle flavors.
