Raw material: Pomace from Vermentino di Gallura, Cannonau di Sardegna, and Cagnulari grapes, distilled separately.
Distillation method: Discontinuous steam alembic.
Maturation: 36 months in oak, acacia, and cherry wood barrels.
Alcohol content: 41% vol.
Aroma and taste characteristics: Amber and brilliant color, soft and velvety taste, rich in intoxicating and elegant fragrances. The precious wood essences impart rare bouquets to the palate and a majestic, long-lasting aftertaste.
