The Miscela Bar espresso roast is a balanced blend of 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta beans. The Robusta beans are of Indian origin, while the Arabica beans come from Brazil and Ethiopia. The espresso has a medium-bodied, slightly acidic and relatively intense taste. It contains lightly roasted notes and tastes of freshly toasted bread, nuts and chocolate. The characteristic of this type is the homogeneous and persistent crema. An enjoyable aftertaste lingers on the tongue. This blend is also ideal for preparing cappuccino or espresso macchiato. The beans are roasted relatively dark in Sardinia's largest roastery, combining traditional Italian roasting methods with the latest quality standards. The coffee is packaged in aroma bags and can be used in fully automatic or espresso machines.
